The Yin Yoga class on Sunday made my mind really relaxed and calm. The asanas were not very hard, but they were very effective.
I had a lot of stress from my daily life and it was just gone after the class. My negative thoughts were gone, too. I will definitely come back for the Yin Yoga class.

I had such a wonderful yoga session with Inne at Studio by Live Better. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, calm, and full of zen energy that immediately puts you at ease. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach and local shops, which makes the whole experience even more special.
Inne is deeply inspiring, attentive, and so knowledgeable. She gently corrected my posture and helped me move with greater awareness and balance. Her guidance felt both grounding and uplifting, and her calm, positive energy made the entire session flow beautifully. It’s rare to find an instructor who embodies such skill, mindfulness, and warmth all at once.

Studio by Live Better is a beautiful and cozy little studio in the peaceful outer sunset.
I really enjoyed my first experience here guided by Cole who taught a relaxing Yin class with Reiki. Cole has a soothing voice and a calm demeanor that aligned perfectly with the format of the Yin class.

They did a wonderful job queuing the intricate Yin poses in detail, assuring everyone could clearly understand how to get into each pose as well as different modifications you can take.

Loved meeting the instructor, Gretha. She was lovely- gentle, patient, calm.
The studio is clean, welcoming and class sizes are small. Parking is also very easy in the area and is accessible by public transportation.

I've never experienced anything like this before. The only regret I had was not wearing glitter. This signature shake event is a must try! Yes - she has a killer playlist but the beautiful creative expression Danae guides you through is a gift to your body and a space to express. Joy? Guaranteed.

I loved the class. It was really fun (a little loud) and it was so nice to move my body in a way that felt great and kind to my body (no burpees).
